I don’t live in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Essex or London, can you still reupholster my furniture?
Yes but because we will need to collect and redeliver your furniture the costs will be higher.
My furniture is not Mulityork can I still use your general reupholstery service?
Yes! Our general upholstery service is available for any brand or model of furniture.
My furniture needs respringing, can you do that?
Yes! Our upholsterers are able to respring furniture as part of our general upholstery service.
My furniture needs new cushion backs and interiors, can you do that?
Yes! We can supply replacement interiors for non-Multiyork furniture as part of our general upholstery service.
If your Multiyork furniture requires new cushion interiors and you know what size and model furniture you have simply send an enquiry via our instant quote form! If you are unsure of what size and model furniture you have you can find out using the following methods:
A) If you still have a copy of your original Multiyork receipt or documents the model information will be on this.
B) Look at the labels. Each item has labels with model ID and size codes. To find them please follow these instructions:
- Remove the covers from one of the seat and back cushions (not all models had a back cushion, if yours doesn’t that is ok).
- On the cushion interior look for a label or a handwritten code.
- Email us a photograph of both labels along with a photograph of the item. Please ensure any label photos are clear and we can see the full item in any furniture photos, including arms, top and bottom. Send these photographs to sales@mysofacovers.com and we will be able to ID your furniture from there.
In some rare cases there are no labels or codes present, if this is the case for you please get in touch and we will advise the next steps.
My furniture needs new covers, can you help?
Yes! If you need replacement fixed covers we can do this as part of our general upholstery service. If your furniture is not Multiyork and requires new loose covers we can do this as part of our general upholstery service.
How do I enquire about your general upholstery service?
You can send us an enquiry via our general enquiry form. Please send us a few photographs of your furniture as well as a description of your requirement. You can do this by clicking this link or by sending an email to sales@mysofacovers.com.
If your furniture is Multiyork and needs upholstery services as well as new covers, send us an enquiry through our instant quote form, select the furniture model and make sure you tick the box for general upholstery under ‘additional services’. When you receive your quote instantly via email - reply to it directly with further information about what you need as well as photographs of your item.
